After 50 years wandering, I have never been more certain of my path and am moving forward confidently with my 300 year vision I wrote last year. My knowledge, experience, contacts and skills allow me to know I will create a version of what I have captured in my Vision 300 document and hope you can be a part of it. If you're reading this you may already have an idea of what this about however I'll recap it in this proposal.
I am excited to share this journey with a range of enchanting people who have the means or skills to invest and am opening the opportunity to invest in our first year as a Seed Member so I can focus fully on actualizing the plan.
What is it all about?
Starting as a range of smaller projects, I have carefully designed my vision so they intertwine to achieve a simple goal, to help people realize one thing. In life:
... it's not what you're doing, it's the way you're doing it.
Although self evident, I believe that most people don't demonstrate the execution of this principle. The synthesis of this idea has the ability to support anyone to lead a more fulfilling life no matter where they are. I have designed a range of businesses, products and courses to show people how to embody this in an easy way using my simple 3 Cornerstone Pillars to focus attention on actionable steps as well as my 3C model of Confidence, Clear Direction and Communication (detailed in my book, Going in the Right Direction the Wrong Way, How to get Back on Track).

Eye on the goal
Our locations will become creativity academies and immersive educational communities where we show how to lead a fulfilled life and also how to play the hand we're dealt and play it to the max. In addition, generational knowledge will be captured and passed on for eternity through our Book of Life initiative where everyone qualifies to make an entry as long as they have become successful in that thing.
I anticipate and am planning on parts of my Vision becoming global movements which is why I want to focus my energies and am looking for investors as opposed to slowly building this myself. I'm inviting aligned individuals with the means to help initiate this remarkable idea to come on board and help us get humanity on track and bring 56 transformational spaces to life with Vision 300.

PHASE 1 - 3 months
Laying the Foundation
We’re building it from the ground up.
- Assembling a founding circle of mission-aligned investors.
- Executing the rollout of 3 core offerings (Confriendium, The Woodier Collection, and Inspirational Coaching).
- Designing the infrastructure for the long-term, identifying the people and resources we're looking for to get moving.
By the end of this phase, we’ll have our small team in place, our roadmap clear, and a range of physical and online products in place and being purchased.
This is a collaboration and I'd be so excited to have you here at the start of something extraordinary.
PHASE 2 - 3 months
Launch & Activation
Now we have the foundation we'll continue the momentum.
- Refining marketing and assessing the first wave of The Woodier Collection and Confriendium projects.
- Hosting the first Founders Forum — a private space for feedback, input and updates.
- Tracking early impact metrics so you can see your investment in motion.
This is the phase where the world begins to notice and with the investment in the foundation, we're planning to be ready for a deluge.

PHASE 3 - 6 months
Momentum & Direction
With our team in place, our pilots launched and momentum building, we move into scaling what is working.
- Ideally have identified a leader and be transferring daily responsibility for The Woodier Collection and Confriendium so David can be freed up although he will still direct.
- Elevating each initiative's visibility with targeted press features, interviews, podcasts, brand storytelling, and aligned partnerships.
- Expanding our creative and business partnerships and bringing in big hitters who have experience building something like this for their knowledge and support - key entrepreneurs, business and entertainment leaders who I have identified as valuable for their skills or assets.
I anticipate that this is where things will start to get very busy.
PHASE 4 - Year 2
Building and Expanding
With a one year track record, I anticipate we'll have at least one strong financial backer for the larger vision.
With proven results and developed systems in place, we'll maintain what we have for a year and reassess which parts of the Vision to focus on with our new knowledge.
- Working with expert entrepreneurs and business leaders we'll plan the direction ahead
- Focus on solidifying the range of products and courses so they can be translated and self-paced
- Continue a book or coaching tour in the US and overseas
