My philosophy
Who is David?
Grew up in Hong Kong, spent time on an island in Scotland then Hertfordshire, UK for 15 years. Studied in Grenoble in the French alps and lived in Australasia for over 10 years and 30 countries later I am in LA.
After my degree in business and French, my personal development path started with Tony Robbins in the 1990s who I worked for in Europe. I've been to over 70 personal development workshops from shaman meetings, sacred and silent retreats to fire walking, arrow breaking and leaping off 50ft poles and learned a lot about what has worked for me and I can give you the low down. My life is testimony to my success however security is the currency I have paid for this path; I can give you the insight without the risk.
I've picked fruit before dawn in NZ and performed in circuses at Burning Man. I've worked on billon dollar projects for companies like Accenture, Coca Cola, Rio Tinto and casinos, hospitals and governments so I've learned a lot. I also remedied 13 years of daily back pain, fulfilled 6 figure debts, have moved to many new countries and dealt with other major setbacks and I know what it takes irl.
Time is the raw material of your life...
... with it anything is possible, without it nothing
I have summarized all my knowledge into 21 words to help. I call this Cornerstone Knowledge; it is the absolute most concentrated valuable words which if explored I believe lead to a life of fulfillment. Here they are:
Shine
Shine your light so brightly, it illuminates the path for others
When people identify and follow their highest values they are most fulfilled and become lighthouses for others.
Shining brightly is you being yourself unapologetically. We all want to be loved and appreciated for who we are and I can show you how.
Decode
Decode the message, remember how to enjoy life
Most people live in reaction, unaware of the clear messages guiding them. Decoding the message provides certainty and confidence.
Remembering how to enjoy life is reminding people that in life it’s not what you’re doing, it’s the way that you’re doing it, so I show how to do this.
Respect
Respectful behavior
The answer to the question how to approach anything in life if you don’t know.
To be respectful to ourselves and others we aim to appreciate their perspective first, then to be successful in Respectful Behavior we focus on understanding the other person’s values then interact accordingly.
I've lived it all ...
I'm not saying this to impress you, but to impress upon you that after nearly 3 decades of global corporate training experience primarily in business and Finance for systems like SAP and Oracle, I know and often have seen how things are created from dirt to delivery. My personal studies and trainings have lead me across the planet and to be relatively knowledgeable and skilled in a plethora of human talents from excellent cook in many cuisines and styles, ballroom and Latin American dance, Swedish, Thai and Shiatsu massage and Reiki healing hands, gifted speaker and storyteller, handyman, creative in clothing and fashion, and a generous, thoughtful, compassionate yet firm friend.
I have thrown myself in the blender of life and hit Pulse! I can save you the heartache if you'd like a bit of advice from someone who has been there and done that or something comparable.
My outcome is an outstanding life and I'm firmly on track and feel my photos are testimony! You judge.
"I initially hired David as a coach to help keep me accountable in my productivity, but I cannot begin to tell you how much MORE it has been! I have spent many years in therapy trying to get to the root cause of deep emotions such as anger, discontentment, and overall exhaustion with what life has put on my plate. After two sessions with David, I was already feeling more prepared to not only accept what is, but be overwhelmingly grateful for it."

"I found David to be one of the best trainers I've come across in a 17+ year history with my company.
